The Stage
What started off, in what was the most interesting of Fashion Week (think live singing by a south american woman to the tune of Pink Floyds Education- like I said interesting…) was no inclination of what was later to come. What ensued was a cohesive & ethereal collection off 33 looks ranging from RTW to gowns. Inspired by the fragility & beauty of butterflies with colors that embody Spring as lime & coral this was an overall strong & lovely collection. There was a mixture of zipper appliqués, extensive embroidery & sheer tulle to keep dresses looking new while Miele added in pieces he is little known for like a pair of high-waisted pants and a silk T-shirt. All in all the designer can be proud of a job well done & can happily say that he don’t need no education.
