What do you do as an up & coming designer, wanting to get your visual message “out there” in the world? Well… show during New York Fashion Week of course! Wait… you’re not in New York? Hmmm… Ah, ha! Create your own Fashion Week!
That’s precisely what a sizeable group of graduating senior students did at The Fashion School at Kent State University in Kent, OH. As a complement to their group Senior Show, taking place on the evening of April 21st, 52 students have banded together & are staging the first ever Kent Fashion Week over a 3 evening period from Thursday, April 26th through Saturday April 28th. Move over Ralph, Michael, Calvin & Donna… here come Joanna, Nikki, Ray & David (& 48 others!)…
Please note all events are dual designer presentation format on live models.
