Carol Hannah delivered truly a stunning Spring 2018 show for New York Bridal Week. Showing in the heart of the Fashion District in a venue where paper butterflies varying in size lined the walls, in between seats, & around the runway. These delicate decorations made a direct connection to the gowns, like her opening look, the Delicata. The seamed bodice had a sheer layer of tulle with Metallic Ivory organza taking the shape of wing in the back. Hannah continued to demonstrate her splendid skills of construction with garments like the Tristis, a knee length tulle dress, with handmade wings on the front & back.
Hannah also provided a balance of traditional feminine silhouettes & carefree ensembles that fluttered in Iridescent silk chiffons & embroidered Italian organzas. Through hues of Light Pinks, Steele Greys & Pale Purples, the audience received serene & majestic vibe from the collection. Overall, the collection was delight to watch & the showstopper at the end, was Carol Hannah standing along five of the models, who displayed the range of the SS18 collection. The result: leaving only anticipation as to what next season holds.
